Recovery Resource Center is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager.
Pay is $18 per hour.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Provides general assistance to the Executive Director (ED), supervisor for this position.
- Meets weekly with the ED to prioritize job responsibilities and discuss day-to-day operations.
- Maintains and works from the assigned office at RRC.
- Uses word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare a variety of internal and external reports, correspondence and documents.
- Working with the ED and BBSI (Human Resources Affiliate), assists in the review and revision of office policies and procedures.
- Assists with fundraising campaigns, special events, and other projects throughout the year by maintaining mailing lists, annual letter-writing campaign data, donor information and acknowledgements, annual fundraising event data.
- Assist with data maintenance within donor management and fundraising software i.e., Network for Good (N4G).
- Works with ED and Marketing staff to create and deliver a quarterly newsletter distributed via email and US Mail.
- Maintains, orders, and stores office supplies and maintains all office equipment in working order, responsible for availability of printed information in the front lobby and at the front desk.
- Maintains important and confidential staff records (paid and volunteer staff) , schedules, and financial data.
- Coordinates and works with the ED to collect, properly record and deposit monetary donations from group meetings held at the center as well as other donations received by the RRC.
· Protects visitors' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Greets visitors, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes visitors' satisfaction by answering questions and scheduling room utilization for 12-step groups and other organizations as needed.
- Filing, scanning, faxing, as well as typing specific documentation.
- Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare general correspondence and customer assessments as needed.
- Proofreads outgoing correspondence and reviews records for completeness and accuracy.
- Occasionally works on special projects as assigned by ED.
- Other duties as assigned.
