Office Manager

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• AR and AP management
• scheduling patients and procedures
• coordinating appointment schedules for both dentist and hygienist
• overseeing billing and collections
• accurately collecting and recording medical and dental histories on patients
• processing insurance claims, when needed (and verify insurance eligibility
• Strong office and computer skills are needed, and bonus if you know QuickBooks

It would be helpful if you have a working knowledge of clinical procedures and terminology, but not necessary.
