High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and three dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

High Fidelity Brands is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office resources, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient workflows.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- File Storage Update
2. Office Operations:
- Manage office facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and equipped.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
3. Communications and Liaison:
- Oversee calendars for Executive team and conference rooms.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure information flows, effectively.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with clients, visitors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
