Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid Shift is 7:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Manage and oversee daily office operation
  • Create, adjust and maintain the technician schedule
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Manage family relationships
  • Support and track staff data, including training and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:

  • ABA therapy or medical office experience a plus but not necessary
  • Friendly and relatable personality
  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
