Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Handle incoming emails and calls from prospective borrowers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and foster repeat business.
- Facilitate the loan process by interacting with clients, gathering necessary information, and analyzing loan requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of loan documentation.
- Manage company's presence on various social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create and curate engaging content to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Assist with administrative duties such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide assistance in rental property management, internal flips, and real estate purchases as needed.
- Collaborate with agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and/ or Real Estate
- Experience with financial transactions for mortgage and real estate transactions
- Ability to handle numerous tasks at once accurately
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Background and Credit Check Required
- 1+ Years of Social Media Marketing Experience
- Reliable transportation
