Office Leasing Representative

We operate exclusively in Texas’ major markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.
Weitzman is seeking an experienced Office Leasing Representative to join its corporate office located in the Uptown area of Dallas. This position is focused on deal-making in office properties throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. The Office Leasing Representative will perform all leasing activities and develop networks and strong market-wide tenant, broker, and ownership relationships, and identify potential tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree – degree in Business with Real Estate coursework preferred
• Texas Real Estate License required
• 2-3 years experience in Office Leasing
• Experience canvassing and cold calling
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, time management, and organization
• Exhibit initiative, assertiveness, persistence, ambition, good judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to focus on many tasks and requests at once and to work independently in a high-pressure environment
• Dependable and punctual

• Source new tenants, negotiate, analyze and close lease transactions
• Establish tenant and industry relationships
• Perform market surveys and cold calls
• Develop and send marketing packages and materials to potential tenants
• Thorough understanding of demographics, and market trends
• Be knowledgeable of competing office rental rates
• Perform other related duties as assigned
