Our office is currently looking for personnel in the Southwest area of Houston that is able to start working with us ASAP.

3. This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm

4. The main component of the job will be to prepare forms for filing in Immigration Court and with USCIS including:

Family Petitions/Adjustments
N-400
I-90
Asylum Applications
Waivers: I-601, I-601A, I-212
Consular Processes
I-765
Court Motions
Court Appeals
Immigration Detainee Proceedings
DACA Renewals
U Visa
VAWA
FAMILY/CRIMINAL LAW

5. We are looking for applicants who are BILINGUAL - English and Spanish - are highly proficient in all basic Microsoft programs, and have excellent writing and grammatical skills.

6. Salary for this job: $16 - $18/per hour - salary determined depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
