We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires strong computer literacy skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Also looking for the individual to be able to visit local doctors offices for meet and greet.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- ABility to visit local doctors offices for meet and greet
- Coordinate lunches for doctors offices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
