About Office Dog
Office Dog is a gamer’s best friend. Founded in 2022 as Asmodee North America’s developmental studio, Office Dog works directly with community game designers and developers to bring fresh new titles to the Asmodee catalogue. With a passionate focus on the hobby market, Office Dog games aim to meet gamers where they are with relevant themes and engaging experiences.

What You’ll Do
The Project Manager Intern assists the Game Producer in managing projects for Office Dog’s various game development teams. This role’s core responsibilities are to build, manage, and track Office Dog’s project schedule, and coordinating communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings with product stakeholders
• Work with Game Producer and Office Dog staff to ensure understanding of game production processes, timelines, schedule, and budget
• Monitor progress of project tasks and provide guidance and support to team members
• Track deliverables using software collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Share File
• Frequent check-ins with Game Producer for mentorship and collaboration
• Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to keep all parties informed and aligned.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program in a related field (e.g., Game Design, Project Management, Business Administration, etc.).
• Previous internships, involvement in student organizations, or projects related to project management, game development or other relevant areas are highly valued, although not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Highly organized with a great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to collaborate in a highly professional manner
• Ability to problem solve both independently and collaboratively
• Monitoring project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
• Strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Passion for gaming and a basic understanding of game development processes is a plusAdditional Information

Additional Information

• This is a paid part-time internship position. Details of compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
• The internship offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for part-time hours to accommodate academic commitments.
• Remote work is available for all candidates. However, for candidates who may be located in the Greater Saint Paul-Minneapolis area, there is an option to work in the office as needed, allowing for collaboration and interaction with the team onsite.
