Senate Termite and Pest Control is a the 80th largest Pest Control company in the country, and we are located in Gaithersburg, MD.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent Customer Service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent Customer Service.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
