Store Manager

```Duties```

-Time management and organization will be the key to success
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and targets
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize product availability
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Create and execute strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and achieve company objectives

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Experience in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
