We offer civil and structural engineering, planning + landscape architecture, survey, and construction inspection services to public and private clients throughout Texas.

WHAT YOU’ll BE DOING:
As a Line of Business and Austin Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and management of all administrative support functions for the structural engineering line of business and the Austin Office. Including Executives/Managers, Engagement Managers, and Discipline Leads; also includes both routine and complex support to all employees in the line of business and Austin office, as well as coordination and execution of other company-related programs and events.
Once selected to join our team, you will:
- Create, coordinate, and manage all administrative aspects of the line of business and commercial and residential structural projects.
- Assist with project setup and administration, contract amendments, billing coordination, invoice setup, and financial reports.
- Assist with project opportunities pipeline tracking, project research, and proposals.
- Be the Austin point of contact for all office administration and facilities management.
- Work with and support the Good Works and Fun Committees.
- Schedule Business Development activities and lunch and learns.
- Perform general support functions, such as expense reports, mileage tracking, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) specifically with preparing reports, graphs, presentations, etc.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with and support a large group of employees, including creating and managing processes and procedures.
- Prior exposure to and working with proposals and contracts.
- Ability to compose correspondences, analyze data, and draft structured reports.
- Strong proficiency with typing/computer operation.

EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience with Deltek Vision
- A minimum of 5 years of previous administrative experience
- AEC industry experience preferred
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma/GED; Associate degree strongly preferred
