We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our agency. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have attention to details and have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for nurse visits.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations
- Help in supervising and train the PCAs.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and troubleshoot any issues
```Skills```
- Proficiency in phone systems , emails, and other office softwares and equipment
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Ability to supervise and communicate effectively with staff members
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Mention HIPAA compliance
