Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations and procedures
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff
- Maintain and update employee records, including payroll information
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
