We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. ```Duties```
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, collecting customer information, scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Perform other duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in clerical role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems is a plus
