SalaryJB Mill is looking for a full time Office Associate to work well with others and perform administrative tasks that require attention to detail and discretion. These are daily tasks involving accounting skills, customer service, and file organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, hard-working, and diligent when involved with various office support tasks. We are family owned and operated allowing a casual work environment. Experience is evaluated and can determine starting pay. Two years of experience required
Responsibilities:
- Using accounting system to enter customer orders and invoices
-Emailing and verbally communicating with customers, vendors, employees, etc.
-Paper filing and organizing
-Electronic filing and organizing
-Using a credit card machine to perform in person transactions
-Operating office equipment including computer, printer, scanner, and fax machine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
