We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team!!!
Automotive Import - Export Company.
Job Description:
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents using import-export software and tools.
- Works closely with administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
Skills:
- Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks .
- Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
- Accurate record keeping.
- Written communication skills - English and Spanish.
- Time management, multitasking, and flexibility.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
Requirements:
- Bilingual, English and Spanish. Applicant must have a proficient in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
