We are currently looking for an Office Assistantto join our team! Job Title:Office Assistant
Pay Scale: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Type: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Calling customers to schedule routine maintenance
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Order parts for service as needed
- Clear and concise communication with department manager, employes, and customers
- Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information
- Prepare service call invoices ad service maintenance agreements
Qualifications / Skills:
- 2 years related experience in customer service, working in an office, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Advanced customer service skills
- A pleasant phone demeanor and desire to provide high quality customer service
- Advanced computer skills
- CRM / ERP database experience
- Advanced level skills using Microsoft Office products
- Professional phone skills multi line phone systems
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized and ability to work independently & as a team
- Geographical knowledge of service area is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or construction industry recommended but not required, we will train
