Summary
The Office Assistant will assist in the Center for SUCCESS office and help oversee Champ's Kitchen.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting students and other office visitors,
- Directing and assisting advisees,
- Answering phones and directing/redirecting calls,
- Posting jobs and monitoring posting wall for expiring events and positions,
- Organizing and stocking Champ's Kitchen (food pantry),
- Assisting food pantry guests,
- Exhibiting appropriate and professional behavior at all times,
- Being responsible, dependable, and punctual,
- Completing assigned tasks thoroughly and accurately.
Qualifications
- A current Saint Xavier University student with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Be able to work independently and to take initiative in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Center for SUCCESS office a plus
