HealthPoint HWS, LLC. is seeking an Office Assistant for our Home Health office located in Coon Rapids, MN. The Office Assistant supports the people we serve by overseeing the management of clients including completing client intake processes, gathering the correct paperwork and information, managing client schedules and ensuring staff is assigned to the client.
This position is also responsible for providing leadership, positive role modeling and critical thinking skills to facilitate business development. The Office Assistant also ensures that patients are aware of the timing of visits from the Direct Support Professionals each week, as well as general oversight and supervision of the office, including ordering office supplies and ensuring all documents are uploaded into the database in a timely manner.
The position will be full-time, offering daytime hours Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, 40 hours per week. $19-$20 per hour.
