Office Assistant
Position Overview
This position requires assisting the front desk as needed as well as assisting the marketing director and lead instructor in their daily tasks. This person needs to be welcoming and hospitable to all of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Applicant will assist the needs of the marketing director and the instructors teaching coding.
- Applicant will assist in answering phone calls and requests for information from customers and prospective customers.
- Applicant will assist in closing sales with prospective customers and assisting them in class registrations.
- Help maintain campus including keeping the front desk, classrooms, and equipment organized.
Qualifications
- Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
- Applicant must be dependable and flexible.
- Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be able to drive and run errands for supplies.
Work Schedule
- Applicant must be willing to tend the front desk in the evenings and weekends as requested.
- Job type: Part-time
- Pay: $8 per hour
- Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 4:15pm- 6:45pm
Saturdays 8:45am-1:15pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
