Office Assistant - Fluency In Spanish And English Preferred

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Update and administer maintenance and administrative cases
• Locate and order parts for maintenance department
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
• Check in parts
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Enter Purchase Orders
• Collate and distribute mail
• Assisting candidates with the hiring process
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
• Order supplies
• Other duties as assigned

• Bilingual Spanish and English 
• Adept at MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Typing Speed of 50wpm or more
• Able to complete tasks with minimal direction
