- Answer incoming phone calls
- Update and administer maintenance and administrative cases
- Locate and order parts for maintenance department
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Check in parts
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Enter Purchase Orders
- Collate and distribute mail
- Assisting candidates with the hiring process
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Order supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Adept at MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Typing Speed of 50wpm or more
- Able to complete tasks with minimal direction
