We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office support and a variety of tasks outlined (but not limited to) the list below. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, a reliable team-player, able to multitask and a clear communicator who can follow verbal direction and prioritize tasks in a entrepreneurial manufacturing environment. It is important that the candidate be able to work independently when required to do so.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Collect and distribute production paperwork.
• Prepare correspondence, product quotations and order paperwork, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with administering employee events.

Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.

Gmail, Wordpress, Adobe CC, math skills, graphics skills and/or writing experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
