Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in managing the daily operations of the company
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Conduct weekly maintenance on equipment and supplies
- Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments for clients
- Provide support with any task assigned by the employer
- Collaborate with the field manager to guarantee the smooth operation of tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required
- Strong team management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay:
- $15.00 per hour during training/probationary period (one to two weeks)
- $17.00 per hour after successful completion of the training period
- The potential to switch to an industry-leading base salary based on performance.
