Tietronix Software seeks an Office Assistant to provide the administrative support and back office operations in Houston, Texas. This individual must be a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented, and efficient. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain day to day office operations including filing, record keeping, organization of information, writing reports
- Monitor office supplies, place orders and coordinate delivery
- Provide information requested by employees, accountant and customers
- Assist project managers in cost tracking and estimation
- Coordinate payroll processing
- Track customer payment status
- Coordinate proposal submission to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience of office administrative responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- U.S. Citizen
