URGENTLY HIRING. Our company is looking for an experienced Office Assistant with Quickbooks and payroll to update our books, correct financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. We are looking for a reliable individual who can work efficiently and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
** Work will be 4 hours per day, Mon - Fri (business hours are 8 a.m. - 5p.m.) or weekends if needed per candidate schedule. Pay is hourly and negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Update accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and errors.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
