Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by assisting with various tasks pertaining to E-Commerce and placing calls to customers. This is a part time OR full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties and all tasks surrounding e-commerce which includes label printing, packaging, ordering, and visit to the post office for package drop off on time.
- Coordinate and assist with projects as assigned
- Type and transcribe documents accurately and efficiently and be able to work excel and other new programs and platforms as we adapt.
- Provide excellent customer support and service to clients. (Very important: We are looking for an individual who likes to talk to patients and make them feel taken care of).
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages. Be able fix customer complaints and mistakes. Be able to call patients with scripts to explain our product which actually helps them. We are interested in being a trusted source for consulting, no tricks or schemes involved here.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage data and information. Be able to work around a website including additions, designing etc. If not sure, we can train appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Keep up with inventory and what is needed for the next day.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience with call centers, customer service, sales is a plus but not a requirement as long as you are able to make patients feel welcomed and trusted by us. (very important: if you are not that person, then do not apply)
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Very independent heavy job. Your tasks will come directly from a single individual.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Note: This is a paid position. The location is a closed door private office space where you will work alone. We offer a great, chilled working environment as long as your work is completed in a timely fashion. There are no walk ins by customers or face to face interaction. Only by phone.
