SalaryAuto Shop looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Basic Job duties: Answering phone, basic computer skills, updating customers with the status of their car, checking in cars, parts inventory, calling insurance companies, keeping paperwork organized and scanning paperwork into the computer.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
