Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/events
- Assist in event coordination and tracking progress
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.95 - $15.66 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Rapid City, SD 57703: Relocate before starting work (Required)
