We are currently seeking an Office Customer Service Assistant to help with daily operations in our Customer Service Department which include, but are not limited to, making and answering phone calls/web chat/emails, answering questions for customers in need of furniture repair or warranty, intake of parts shipments, scheduling field technicians, following up on orders, and other general clerical duties to assist the Customer Service Manager.
Job Requirements
Between 35-40 hours a week are needed. The job requires attention to detail, accuracy, communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High School graduate, or equivalent
- Good verbal communication skills
- Telephone and basic computer skills to answer phone calls / web chats / emails
- Basic reading, math, and writing skills
- Be able to perform general office duties
- Attention to detail and thorough follow-through on tasks
- Scheduling personal reminders for follow-up
- Ability to work independently and with a team

Schedule
Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with lunch break
