We are looking to fill a office position at our mattress manufacturing company, Crescent Mattress Mfg. Having prior office experience and a sharp attention to detail is required to be considered for this position. We are looking for someone who has a track record of being job stable and wants to grow with our new growing company. If you have prior experience in the home furnishings/mattress industry it is a plus.
Overview of job duties:
- Communicating with current customers regarding their orders, shipping dates and with our field sales team.
- Owning the process from entering sales orders to following up and communicating with customers regarding their orders.
- Responsible for AR and insuring payments are posted correctly.
- Help to coordinate office operations and procedures
- Run commission and sales reports
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, & greeting visitors
- Assist in answering phones and directing calls as well as other tasks as they come up
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, MS Office
- Excellent customer service and be able to solve problems and communicate resolution
- Organized and can follow up with vendors and wholesale customers regarding orders
- Ability to accurately enter sales orders and follow through with customers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
