We are a busy seasonal party rental company looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff while our season is going on. We are looking to fill several position The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing, data entry. We currently are looking to fill shifts everyday of the week starting as early as 7am and working as late as 6pm when needed. Each new hire will be required to work at least 1 day on the weekend. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work part of the weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain office records and documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with preparing presentations and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
