Position Overview:
Busy Restoration company looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company, as well as assisting project mangers. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, including coordinating meetings and jobs, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to our field team and Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate and schedule jobs, meetings, and conference calls
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and ensuring payment
- Organize and assist project managers
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Provide administrative support to the field team and other staff members as required
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Quickbooks Software knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
