OFFICE ANALYST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating/sending zoom links for telehealth psychological evaluation appointments
- Scheduling psychological evaluations
- Maintaining electronic text reminders for appointments with psychologists
- Fax coordination of care invites for psychological evaluations
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Working in tandem with Case Management regarding scheduling needs.
- Working in tandem with Center Management regarding office-based needs.
Clerical Tasks (not limited to):
- Faxing
- Copying
- Scanning
- Printing
- Reception
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years customer service experience (preferred, but not required), preferably in human services, possess demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors highly preferred.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Office Analyst must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
Work Remotely
- Only in instances of office closure due to weather

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week paid
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm
