Office Administrator
Maine Wood Timber & Posts in Belgrade, Maine is looking for a qualified Office Administrator to work in a casual but fast-paced sawmill office.
Job responsibilities include - Documenting production and inventory management, maintaining and creating Excel worksheets and shipping documents, sending bi-weekly payroll to corporate office for processing, ordering office and sawmill supplies and occasionally running local errands. Must have strong math and computer skills, as well as good communication skills and be well organized. Must be proficient with MS Office / Excel. Similar or related office experience required. EEO. Pay consummate with experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
