As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

- Maintain and operate the mail and mailing system machine, ensuring efficient delivery and handling of all incoming and outgoing mail.

- Manage phone calls and faxes, directing them to the appropriate individuals and ensuring timely responses.

- Assist in the setup of computers and phones for all employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment to perform their roles effectively.

- Update the phone list regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact information for all employees.

- Maintain office supplies, maintain organization within the office.

- Order and maintain promotional, celebratory, event gift cards, and vendor gifts

- Organize company events

- Process and plan all travel requests for all field employees and the Executive team

- Process, plan, and maintain all housing units, agreements, walkthrough, and organize cleaning, and other duties as needed.

- Maintain vehicles; registrations, safety inspection, logs, etc.

- Provide any assistance that the Operations team would need and any other administrative duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with visitors, employees, and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in operating office equipment, including mail and mailing system machines, computers, and phones.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting the operations team and undertaking any additional administrative duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
