Dental (Orthodontic) Office Manager/Administrator

Are you a master of multitasking with a welcoming smile and a can-do attitude? Do you pride yourself on your organizational skills and attention to detail? Do you want to work with a great team? We are seeking a manager who is also able and willing to provide:

1. excellent customer service to our patients by greeting people, answering the phone, and scheduling

2. administrative tasks such as

• Coordinating meetings and team schedules,
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• Assist with some payrold/financial tasks
• Maintain and update office records,
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Supervise and manage office staff, providing guidance and support as needed

You will have the opportunity to receive bonuses based on performance, participate in our 401k, have paid vacation, health care benefits, and more. Pay is based on experience. Office hours are Monday – Thursday.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in basic computer programs. We are willing to train specifics. Dental office experience is appreciated but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
