Office Administrative Assistant

A well established company in the construction industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant . The ideal candidate for this position is an organized self-starter with a positive and pleasant demeanor. The winning candidate has the ability to problem solve, multi-task, and willingness to assist the entire team. This position includes duties such as billing, time entry, employee application processing, assistance with scheduling and confirming job start dates, filing, answering phones, speaking with customers, and light cleaning.

Hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday – Friday. This is a full time position.
