Job OverviewPersevere invites applications for the position of Office Administrator for our office locations in Memphis, Huntingdon, and Dyersburg TN. This role is central to our operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of our office in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized individual with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and support our program manager and director with specific business needs.
This is a full time, salaried position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, matching 401k and generous paid time off. This position requires the ability to pass a reference check and background check.
This position is 75% on site and 25% in the community for company events.
Job ResponsibilitiesOffice Management: Efficiently open and close the office, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Recruitment Assistance: Aid in the recruitment for our technology workforce training program.
Mail and Maintenance: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate office maintenance tasks.
Client Relations: Greet and assist clients, potential clients, and partners with professionalism.
Document Handling: Manage filing, scanning, and organization of important documents.
Software Proficiency: Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe; ability to quickly learn new software as needed.
Office Upkeep: Maintain a neat, orderly, and well-stocked office environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Supporting Management: Assist the program manager and director with various business needs specific to the State of Tennessee
Along with other duties as assigned
Previous experience in an Office Administration or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Independent worker and team collaborator.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
