We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic executive admin who enjoys working in a growing environment. The ideal candidate can handle administrative duties including invoicing, bill pay, and other simple bookkeeping tasks.
Executive Admin / Office Manager
· Accounting support including invoicing and bill pay
· HR – job posting and onboarding
· Vendor relations including IT, building, and others
· Restocking office supplies as necessary
· Administrative support for executive team including note taking, filing and calendar
· Organize team meetings and events
· Design and organize office space and common areas
· Weekly review of President's calendar and to-do list
· Administrative paperwork and filing (e.g. DMV, Insurance, Benefits)
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn
· Highly organized, dependable, accurate, responsible, and can work independently
· Personable, pleasant communicator, and an ability to quickly identify client needs
· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
· Data entry and word processing skills
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
