The Staff level I Occupational Therapist and is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of
all patients referred for their given services. The Occupational Therapist is
an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to their highest level of
physical, cognitive, linguistic and swallowing function. The Staff Level I Therapist will uphold the
mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health.

Qualifications
OT: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Experience:
0-2 years of clinical practice required. 1 year preferred
Valid state license in Occupational Therapy. Valid certification from the National Board of
Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
CPR certification required.
Conditions of Employment
