Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
- Advocate for patient needs and progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state Occupational Therapist license
- CPR Certification
- Prior experience in OT field
- Knowledge of rehab techniques for neurological conditions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to assist and transport patients
