Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Create personalized treatment plans
- Communicate patient progress to the team
- Recommend adaptive equipment for patients
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in staff development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in neurological injury rehab
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physically capable of job duties
