Oxford Consulting Services is looking for part-time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide in-home/group home Occupational Therapy services for adults with Disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Job Description:- Provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residences
- Assess client's progress and engagement in occupations that impact their well-being and quality of life
- Develop and implement treatment plans, offering guidance on interventions
- Deliver therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs
- Educate clients on effective task approaches and provide mentorship for achieving small goals
- Offer support and guidance to family members and caregivers
- Monitor and document client progress towards treatment milestones
- Maintain confidentiality of client and family information as per HIPAA and State/Federal regulations
- Active Occupational Therapy License
- Minimum of an MS degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with Adults and Geriatrics
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
- Energetic, animated, and outgoing personality with a dedication to helping clients reach their full potential
- Excellent Clinical and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
