Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families on adaptive strategies and assistive devices.
• Document and maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
