Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Coverage: some weekend coverage may be requiredHoliday Requirement: some holidays may be requiredOn-call Requirement: per dept need
Requirements:

• TX OT License
• 1-2 minimum experience
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• AHA BLS
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred
