- Setting: SNF, ALF & ILF (Continuing Care Retirement Community)
- Location: Smith Crossings / Orland Park

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from Occupational Therapy program
- Current license as a Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification, preferred
