Castle Hills Care & Rehabilitation of San Antonio currently seeks a Full Time or regular part time Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal OT will have a passion for providing the best possible care for our patients, a creative mind and the ability to develop programs specific to your patient's needs, and the desire to be a team player with all facility staff. Castle Hills is a super SNF with a high percentage of high acuity patients and the ability to admit vent and trach patients as well as a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. We have an amazing nursing team as well as a fun and positive culture. All therapists receive Ultra-mist training. We are part of Vertical Health Services, a small but growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
