SalaryJob Summary: CaringBridge is a rapidly growing Home Health agency! We are seeking skilled and dedicated Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists Assistants and Registered Nurses to join our team serving Dallas, Mesquite, Garland and surrounding areas. As a part of our team, you will work closely with our patients to provide exceptional care and support. This is a PRN position. Responsibilities: - Provide patient care and treatment - Help patients with exercises and therapeutic activities - Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions - Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities - Assist with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements: - Previous experience as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, RN or similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Familiarity with home health and acute care settings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Current CPR certification Skills: - Anatomy knowledge - If you are passionate about helping patients recover and regain their mobility, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
