We have immediate openings for Occupational Therapists who can provide quality clinical care and support for our community’s most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with agency policy and procedures
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist by the state
- Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports
- Must have at least one-year clinical experience
- Checks in on Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants after every 4-6 patient visits
- Must be able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence
